Kiwi-Licious Green Smoothie

Kiwis. Is there anything you cannot do? As a tiny little fruit from Down Under, the kiwis pack an impressive nutritional punch with plenty of Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin E, folate, and potassium. They also have antioxidants and are a good source of fibre.

Smoothie Ingredients

  • 3 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp collagen
  • 1 Tbsp chia seed

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in a blender / Vitamix for over a minute until well blended.
