Sweet and Spicy Nuts

Homemade presents are big in our house and I love giving Sweet and Spicy Nuts anytime of the year. Nuts are a wonderful, healthy source of protein and fat – walnuts have heart-healthy Omega 3s, and pumpkin seeds are high in magnesium. A handful of these nuts will satisfy you at any time of the day, and they are wonderful on top of fruit salad or overnight oats!
