INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups dark leafy greens
- 1 apple
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped leaf parsley
- 1 large knob ginger, minced
- 1 tsp turmeric, with a pinch of black pepper
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 cups of coconut water
- 2 cups of filtered water
- 4 ice cubes
