INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups dark leafy greens
  • 1 apple
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped leaf parsley
  • 1 large knob ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp turmeric, with a pinch of black pepper
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 cups of coconut water
  • 2 cups of filtered water
  • 4 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a high speed blender and serve immediately.
