If you want anti-inflammation, you’ve come to the right place
Both pineapple and ginger have strong anti-inflammation properties, and will help heal your gut. Break your IF with this smoothie that’s full of healthy fat and protein.
- 2 cups of organic kale, washed
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- A few frozen avocado chunks
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup water
- 1 knob fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Blend all ingredients together in a blender / Vitamix. Add additional water if you want to thin it out more like a juice, and sip throughout the day. Put in a mason jar to transport and shake up as needed.
