- 1/4 cup rice wine or balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 large knob ginger, minced (1-2 tbsp)
- 1 glove garlic, minced.
- 1/2 tsp sea salt and ginger powder
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1./2 cup water
- Finely mince the garlic, ginger. Place the rest of the ingredients in a high speed blender and whiz on high for one minute. Store in a mason jar. Drizzle on stir fry and use in dressings.
