Ginger-Sesame Sauce



  • 1/4 cup rice wine or balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 large knob ginger, minced (1-2 tbsp)
  • 1 glove garlic, minced. 
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt and ginger powder
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1./2 cup water 


  • Finely mince the garlic, ginger. Place the rest of the ingredients in a high speed blender and whiz on high for one minute. Store in a mason jar. Drizzle on stir fry and use in dressings.
