Kefir is a highly probiotic fermented beverage that you can now buy dairy-free – I choose a Coconut Kefir and it is just as effective as regular kefir. INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 frozen banana OR omit an add 2 dates
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped. fresh basil.
- 1 cup Kerif
- 1 cup filetered water
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all the ingredients together in a high speed blender and serve immediately
