20 Goals in 2020. Let’s do this.
- Drink more water
- Move daily
- Live the 80/20 life with everything: Healthy Food, Exercise, Parenting and Life. Try to get it ‘right’ most of the time and allow myself to be human the rest of the time.
- Sleep 7-9 hours nightly.
- Meditate daily
- Write in my gratitude journal nightly.
- Be consistent – with exercise, with writing, with my kids, with my word..
- Be present
- Do ten pull ups in one go – Yes. I. Can.
- Show up for the people in my life: in my classes, in my family, in my friendships.
- Love deeply.
- Read as much as I can.
- Travel more
- Set and achieve fitness goals.
- Make lists and plans and stick to them.
- Don’t take things personally.
- Enjoy my life more – the dishes can stay in the sink sometimes.
- Play
- Fall down, cry, but get back up again.
- Smile as much as humanly possible.
