20 in ’20

20 Goals in 2020. Let’s do this.

  1. Drink more water
  2. Move daily
  3. Live the 80/20 life with everything: Healthy Food, Exercise, Parenting and Life. Try to get it ‘right’ most of the time and allow myself to be human the rest of the time.
  4. Sleep 7-9 hours nightly.
  5. Meditate daily
  6. Write in my gratitude journal nightly.
  7. Be consistent – with exercise, with writing, with my kids, with my word..
  8. Be present
  9. Do ten pull ups in one go – Yes. I. Can.
  10. Show up for the people in my life: in my classes, in my family, in my friendships.
  11. Love deeply.
  12. Read as much as I can.
  13. Travel more
  14. Set and achieve fitness goals.
  15. Make lists and plans and stick to them.
  16. Don’t take things personally.
  17. Enjoy my life more – the dishes can stay in the sink sometimes.
  18. Play
  19. Fall down, cry, but get back up again.
  20. Smile as much as humanly possible.
