The Healthy Six™ is a simple, effective group coaching program built on six pillars: Eating, Movement, Mindfulness, Connection, Recovery, and Joy. It is live coaching, accountability, and a community that shows up. At the heart is movement. Erin’s curated classes bring structure, variety, and expert coaching right to your screen.

Class Descriptions:

  • TABATA: 20/10 HIIT intervals. Max effort, max sweat. 

  • STRONG: Dumbbells, bands, body weight. Safe, effective strength training. 

  • MET CON: 10 moves, 3 rounds. All effort, all YOU. 

  • LOADED: Isolate + strengthen muscles with eccentric, concentric, and isometric training. 

  • STRONG 6: Interval-style, strength + cardio in one. 

  • CYCLE: Climbs, sprints, playlists — spin from home. 

  • FLOW: Yoga, music, mobility, mindfulness. 

  • MOBILITY: Unlock joints, improve movement. 

  • CARDIO SCULPT: Classic cardio + sculpt, fun and fast-paced.
