The Healthy Six™ is a simple, effective group coaching program built on six pillars: Eating, Movement, Mindfulness, Connection, Recovery, and Joy. It is live coaching, accountability, and a community that shows up. At the heart is movement. Erin’s curated classes bring structure, variety, and expert coaching right to your screen.

Workouts include strength, mobility, cardio, recovery and more — AND we offer daily short-form classes (10-20 minutes) if you are pressed for time.
